đŗ Payment
Prepaid unless agreed otherwise. We take Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and e-transfer. All sales are final — overpayments become credit, not refunds. Late or missing payments get retried and charged 20%/yr interest plus a $50 admin fee.

Same specs, cheaper elsewhere? Send us a formal quote from a reputable Canadian competitor, dated within 30 days, and we'll match it, plus do a better job đ.
âŠī¸ Returns & Cancellations
No returns — everything's custom-made for you. Cancel within 4 hours of ordering; after that, cancellations and refunds aren't available. Cancellations may carry a restocking/admin fee. Payment will be creditable to a future order.
âī¸ Account Liability
Both the individual person ordering and their company or corporation are responsible for the balance. Unpaid accounts get pursued, including legally if needed. All transactions occur in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
đĸ Minimums & Turnaround
24+ pieces minimum for screen printing and embroidery; no minimum for digital printing. Typical production turnaround is 2 weeks after mock-up approval and payment — same-week rush available on request. Larger runs (1,000+) can take 3–4 weeks. Specialty work (cut & sew, patches, labeling) can take 4–8 weeks; ask us for a current estimate. Turn around times are not guaranteed and exclude transit time.
đ Deadlines & Rush Orders
On a deadline? We do our best to accommodate requested ship dates. Orders without a deadline are considered flexible and may dispatch before or after your estimated ship date. Rush orders are rarely missed but are not 100% guaranteed. We are not liable for any production or shipment delays; please plan ahead.
đĻ Out of Stock & Quotes
If a style or colour runs out, we'll substitute an equal-or-better item free of charge — tell us at order time if you'd rather we not. Quotes are valid for 90 days and may shift with notice once we see final artwork or actual print quantities.
đ¨ Art Files
Vector files (.PDF, .SVG, .AI, .EPS) are king. One free mock-up is included per order — extras billed on request. Artwork is assumed approved at the time of placing your order. We may make small adjustments (line weight, borders, sizing, text size, empty spaces) to optimize results without your approval. We're not liable for typos or errors already in the artwork you approved.
AI-generated artwork is generally very difficult to optimize and often low resolution. We are not liable for the results of AI-generated files and highly recommend professional, human-made artwork.
đī¸ Design Help & Print Method
Come with your own art if you can — it keeps things moving. We offer design help at current rates, billed in half-hour blocks. We'll choose the best print method for your job (screen print/embroidery for 24+, digital for smaller runs, high colour, complex art) unless you specifically request otherwise.
đ Garments
We supply the garments for custom orders — size charts available online and spec sheets available on request. Sizing can vary ~2″ across brands (industry standard); order a sample first if you're picky. We guarantee print quality, not whether you'll love the garment itself. Due to different artwork details and user wash procedures, we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan for your garment or print. Customer-supplied garments are only accepted by exception, and we are not liable in the event of misprints.
đ Defects & Colour Matching
We're not responsible for manufacturer defects, factory-level damage, mislabeling, or dye-lot variance — order a few extra per size just in case. House Pantones are free; custom ones are billed. Textile colour matching is close but never exact, and digital-printing colour accuracy isn't guaranteed — check a real Pantone book if colour really matters. Digital printing colour matching is not available; expect output variance, especially if supplying RGB artwork.
â Proofs & Approval
Every order gets a digital mock-up at the time of quoting or ordering — review it carefully; changes can't be made after approval. Blank or previously printed samples are available on request. We use standard placement (+/-2″ tolerance) unless you specify otherwise.
đŦ Misprints & Under-Runs
Genuine errors (wrong art, location, or garment colour) visible from arm's length get reprinted or credited at our discretion. Short shipments get credited for the missing pieces. Minor production discrepancies are not considered misprints. QR codes: print at 3″+ in vector format with good contrast — scanning functionality is very high but not guaranteed.
đ Delivery
Orders are packed in bulk, sorted by size. Split shipping and individual bagging/folding are available at extra cost. Free shipping on most orders of $150+ to major cities (rural/remote excluded); you'll hear from us 4–24 hours before it ships. Deliveries aren't insured by default and may be left at your door — let us know if you need insurance or a signature required. We are not liable for delayed, damaged, or missing shipments once the carrier takes possession. Please request shipping insurance if preferred. All orders dispatch from Ottawa, ON.

đ Check Your Order
Inspect quantity and quality as soon as it arrives — we can only help with issues reported within 72 hours of delivery. Significant misprints or shortages will be issued a store credit for future use.
đ¸ Showcase & Subjectivity
We may feature a sample of your order in our portfolio or online — tell us if you'd rather opt out. We stand behind our workmanship 100%; whether the end wearer loves the look is subjective and outside our control.
